The Harlee Heirloom Dress

The Harlee Heirloom Dress

This precious dress features an unique yoke consisting of three hand embroidered rectangles.  Each section across the front yoke is hand embroidered using peach bullion roses and teal leaves.

This dress is constructed in Robin's egg blue Swiss batiste and uses ecru French Valenciennes laces.

The skirt has a single lace band consisting of a wide French Valenciennes insertion with a narrow French insertion on either side.  A gathered ruffle of French laces completes the bottom.

The puff sleeves have a gathered lace ruffle which is applied to entredeux beading and finished with double sided satin ribbon.

The dress also has a built-in liner or slip in Swiss batiste with a lace edging applied flat to the bottom.

Mother of pearl buttons may be added to the back closure or left without buttons for the use of beauty bar pins.

This item will be made to your child's measurements to ensure a perfect fit.

As with all my dresses and gowns, the skirt, liner, and sleeves are hand rolled and whipped and constructed together by hand.  Every attention is given to following traditional French hand sewn techniques and to ensuring the highest quality item to passed down and preserved for generations.
