All orders are processed upon receipt. Please allow 2 – 3 business days for processing in stock items. For custom made items, we will contact you with an estimated date of completion and processing. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non – business days. Shipping costs may increase depending on weight, volume, postal code, and shipping method. Shipping method may be selected at checkout. Packages will be shipped in the order they are received. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery.
Rates will be shown during the checkout process prior to payment. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 2-8 business days for delivery (based on distance).
International Shipping rates vary based on package weight and distance. Please allow 3 – 4 business days for processing and 2 – 3 weeks or more for delivery, depending on your location. Customs & Import fees may apply to some international orders. These fees fluctuate by country and by order value, and we have no influence or control over them. The customer is responsible for all customs and / or import fees. By law, we cannot lower the invoice value or send the order as a gift.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active. If you receive your confirmation email after 2 PM PST on a Friday, please allow until the following Monday for tracking to become available.
