This beautiful dress in white Nelona has a hand embroidered yoke consisting of blue feather stitched bows and pink bullion roses. The puff sleeves have a gathered lace ruffle with pink satin ribbon.  The skirt features a lace band of three French Maline laces and a gathered lace ruffle.  
 
This dress has a built-in liner edged in lace.  Mother of pearl buttons are used on the back closure. 
 
The dress is an approximate SIZE ONE and should fit a little one from 9 months up to two years old.  The length from the back of the neck to the bottom of the ruffle is 18 inches and it measures across the front from shoulder to shoulder at 9.5 inches.
